BRIDGING FINANCE:

Due to the conservative approach adopted by the major banks since the economic crises of 2008 in providing bridging finance, we have become more active in this market to assist our clients.

Depending on the amount involved the rate of bridging generally ranges from 10c-20c per R100 per day, depending on the availability of funds and the perceived risk.   For a prompt response, it is advisable to make enquiries personally should you require this service.  The loan approved period is 12 hours and the funds will be available within a further 12 hours.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES:

We advise and facilitate negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to various commercial and corporate transactions, including:

· Sales/letting of houses, farms, smallholdings, sectional title units, business premises and movable property

· Sales of interests in companies and Close Corporations

· Acknowledgements of debt, suretyships, building contracts, powers of attorney

· Formation and registration of companies, close corporations, trusts and partnerships.
